Web3 is developing at lightspeed with only one direction: Into the Future. If we want to create a future for everyone, a future that questions and dismantles inequalities and privileges, we need to give credit to and support the leaders of Web3
I have curated a list of people(in no order) I think you should consider following in the web3 industry
1. Sirsu
Sirsu was a professional FGC, TGCs, PRGs and FPS player from 2004-2013 who earned over $25K in tournament earnings. When the pandemic started in 2020, Sirsu and his friends, Blvk0utm and ATM, started a streaming group called BLVKHVND to pass the time and compete as an eSports team. The only problem was, they all had different systems, equipment, internet speeds, access to games… shortly after that a new crypto-native, decentralized eSports community was born. Sirsu set out to gather a community to purchase black crypto punks. His mission was a huge success and changed the way people value black identifying Avatar NFTs. The digital reclamation of identity is one of the core tenets Sirsu practices in this space and it lends credence to his working thesis on Creative Immortality.
2. Nardar Dabit
Nader Dabit is a web and mobile developer, who specializes in building cross-platform and cloud-enabled applications. At Amazon Web Services, he works with the client teams to help develop features and improve the developer experience for client-side SDKs. Prior to working with AWS, Nader trained companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Salesforce, and American Express on how to build applications using the React and React Native frameworks through his company React Native Training. specializing in Web3 application development. Currently working to help build the decentralized future at Edge and Node.
3. Pranav Maheshwari
Pranav is a firm believer in Innovation-driven entrepreneurship. He is a creative, decisive and high-energy individual with an infectious enthusiasm for education and technology He is a focused blockchain expert and an active speaker in various Blockchain conferences. He is frequently featured in podcasts and virtual meetings, where leaders from the blockchain and emerging technology space share their discoveries and insights. Pranav is a firm believer in Innovation-driven entrepreneurship. He is a creative, decisive and high-energy individual with an infectious enthusiasm for education and technology. 4. Steven Rivera
Like the Nike slogan, I "just do it!" and accomplish everything I put my mind to. His passions are living life and software development. Computers and the internet have always fascinated me. At age 12 I was already a web developer, writing software programs to run on the internet. At 17 He joined the US Army as a unilingual Spanish speaker, went to boot camp with no prior English knowledge, and eventually earned my certifications—in English—as an IT security expert.
5. Denis Petrovcic
Denis consider himself to be a forward-thinking, open-minded person with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for the unknown. Being raised by parents entrepreneurs, he had the privilege to be involved in their business affairs from a young age. During his university years, he worked as a ski instructor and sailing boat skipper. Today, with the experience gained by co-founding and managing a restaurant, failing an online marketing start-up, successfully launching a web-based energy certification service, leading & designing a proposal project for the world's highest indoor ski slope and successfully investing in, stetting-up and managing a student accommodation business, he focuses on building a future where real estate investments are accessible, digital & global @Blocksquare.io
